An excellent half pint capacity palmette-handled porringer attributed to the Kenrick foundry of West Bromwich
England, c. 1830. For more information and a similar larger example, see Fennimore Iron at Winterthur as well as
the marked example in my shop.
Originally tinned, this porringer most likely pre-dates the use of enamel linings
that developed in the 1830's-1840's.
The ring footed porringer is 6-1/4" in total length with a 4-1/2 " diameter basin. The porringer stands 1-7/16" tall.
Stamped Half Pint.
In excellent condition.
