Decorated Pewter Ladies Shoe Snuff Box, English, ca. 1800-1850

Very good condition English ladies shoe snuff Box, first half of the 19th century. Possible worn mark inside lid.

Lid opens and closes nicely. Hinge intact and works well. See Cotterell Old Pewter, Plate LXIV, Illustration a for similar examples.

There is the usual wear, uncleaned condition. Approximately 3" long, 7/8" wide, 3/4" high from the heel.
