Boardman 13 1/2" American Pewter Shallow Dish

An excellent marked and unusual size 13-1/2" pewter dish by Thomas Danforth Boardman of Hartford Connecticut, c. 1815. This is not the more typically found 13" deep dish but, instead, is a rather shallow dish.

The dish is double-struck with the early name touch (J-37). The marks are clear but show some slight wear.

In fine condition, the plate has some wear and scratches but no dents or problems.

$800
