An excellent 1-1/2 quart capacity kettle from the William Bullock & Company iron foundry of West Bromwich England, c. 1830-1840. William Bullock, a contemporary of Archibald Kenrick, started his firm in 1805. The firm operated into the 1880's, and then was sold to Salter & Co.
In excellent condition, the kettle top lipped diameter is 6-13/16" with a base diameter of 5-1/8". The kettle stands 3-9/16" tall, excluding the ears. The teardrop shaped ears hold the original bail.
