Hall Boardman & Co Eight Cup PewterTeapot ca 1846-1848 Philadelphia
A clean eight cup double-ender teapot by Hall Boardman & Co of Philadelphia Pennsylvania, ca 1846-1848. The
company made pewter/britannia as well as selling Hartford Connecticut Boardman items.
The mark is not as well known as the more typically found Boardman & Hall mark. The Philadelphia mark on this
teapot is also different than the Philadelphia mark typically found on the Boardman & Hall examples.
This eight-cup teapot stands slightly more than 10" tall.
