Marked American Boston Massachusetts Pewter Plate , c. 1750-1780
This scarce 8-1/2" plate is marked with the LONDON scroll mark, a mark used by a succession of Boston
pewterers, including Robert Bonnynge and John Skinner. This LONDON mark is also found with the SEMPER
EADEM gateway touch See Jacobs Guide to American Pewter J-242, J-244 J-248 and figure 37 on page 154.

The plate is in very good condition.
