19th c. Flower Handle Cast Iron Porringer

A nice American flower handle cast iron porringer from the mid-to-late 19th century. Likely copied from earlier
known American pewter flower handle porringers, this cast iron example is in good condition with some
expected interior bowl wear.

There are no breaks or cracks and the 5-1/4" diameter basin bowl has an extra thick edge. The porringer entire
length is 7-5/16" and it stands 1-13/16" tall.
